止痛四穴 腹针 止痛四穴+腹针 谢永刚今年(2010)已86岁高龄，身体尚健，是四川省名老中医，针灸副主任医师，曾任四川省针灸学会理事，德高望重，曾荣获两项省级科研成果奖，一项是针灸开阖枢学说的研究，一项是走罐选点挑针法的临床应用。父亲亲切教诲，我自幼耳闻目濡，喜爱针灸。经过父子两代刻苦钻研，多年来逐渐形成了一整套独特的、行之有效的治疗方法。我父常说:我们针灸医生必须具有高度的整体观念，善取远端，善用痛外治痛，若只针患处，必是庸医。 谢老总结毕生宝贵经验，治疗痛症有一绝招，取手足远端四穴针治一切痛症，其效甚著，即三间、后溪、太白、束骨四穴，左痛取右，右痛取左，若遇剧烈疼痛、顽固疼痛及左右均痛，则左右共八穴皆取之。常用直刺，傍骨缘下方进针，针入1寸深，针刺手法用雀啄刺与上下提插相交替，留针半小时至一小时，每隔10分钟须提插雀啄2分钟，针刺时嘱其活动患处，每日针治一次。无论肩颈腰腿疼痛还是头胁胸腹疼痛，多能应手而效，疼痛越剧其效越显，此法命名为谢氏止痛四穴。 89年我对北京卢鼎厚教授斜刺法甚感兴趣，卢老之法是在痛处局部及邻近斜刺，我灵机一动，突发奇想，斜刺法可否用于远端止痛穴,如改用斜刺法针刺谢氏止痛四穴，其效如何,遂试用之。方法是向上方(即腕踝方向)斜刺30度左右，针入1.5寸，疼痛剧烈者可针2寸深，针刺手法仍用雀啄刺与上下提插相交替。结果大获成功，与直刺对比，疗效之速远超老针意料之外，止痛疗效更为快捷，针入痛止，常有患者当场破涕为笑。若遇特别顽固之痛症，也可斜刺法与直刺法相结合，每穴两针，其痛必减。 我从医至今四十余载，虽早已退休，至今仍最喜用此四穴，屡用屡效，绝对经得起临床重复验证。 有一患者突发头痛，连呼痛如刀砍斧劈，剧烈难耐，抱头呻吟不止，老针为其针刺谢氏止痛四穴，一次大减，次日如法再针一次，头痛若失。 一位颈椎间盘突出合并左臂丛神经痛患者，左侧项背肩臂剧痛难忍，入夜更甚，不能入睡，中西药皆无效，各处求医，其痛依旧。老针为其针刺谢氏止痛四穴，针入痛减，再如法针治，每日一次，二周而愈。 一患者为腰椎间盘突出症，右侧腰腿痛剧烈，不能活动，不能翻身，稍动则痛甚，日夜呻吟，入夜更剧，不能入睡，中西医治疗皆无效，老针为其针刺谢氏止痛四穴，次日疼痛稍减，继续针治，每日一次，治疗期间嘱其遵循“三少一多”静养，所谓“三少一多”即少走少坐少立多卧，共针三周，疼痛逐渐消失，未复发。 有一位晚期肝癌患者，还有一位晚期食道癌患者，都受剧痛折磨，生不如死，多次注射杜冷丁后产生耐药性，药效递减，仅能短暂止痛，老针为其针刺谢氏止痛四穴后，疼痛均有明显缓解，两位患者均称针刺之疗效超越杜冷丁，虽无力回天，谢氏止痛四穴减少了癌症痛苦，提高了临终前生存质量。 腹针疗法的经络理论 中医认为“经络是运行气血的通道”，任何的组织均需要经络供给气血才能保持正常的生理状态。因此，我们可以这样的认为:经络是人体最早的全身调控系统。 根据上述的理论，在母体内胎儿是通过母体供给的气血逐渐成形的，而母体供给胎儿气血的最早通道是脐带。因此，脐带是经络形成的最初始的通道和调控系统。 fast boat. Scope of activities in the joy Temple works, Miao and Hui 在这一过程中，脐带始终扮演着一个非常重要的角色，它不仅是供给营养的通道而且在组织发育到一定的程度后会控制供给某些组织的营养量，有效地对所有的组织和系统进行控制，使人类的遗传能得到有序的延续。故而，我们可以断言:以脐带为核心的系统是全身最早的调控系统和全身营养的供给系统。在中医的理念中可称为:先天经络系统。大家可以明显地看出:中医经络系统的概念既包含调控的作用又包含供给营养的作用。因此，经络系统不仅可以应用于临床诊断而且可以应用于治疗的系统。 薄氏早在,,,,年的《北京中医》,期上，便发表文章认为腹部存在着先天经络，提出“以神阙为核心的大腹部还拥有一个被人们忽略的全身高级调控系统”。先天经络系统的提出完善了经络系统的理论，使针灸学科的发展提供了许多宝贵的临床资料和理论的依据，促进了学科的发展。 薄氏在对腹部经络分布特点经过二十余年的临床研究后认为:腹针能够取得很好的临床疗效，先天经络对全身的调控作用和腹部经络系统对全身的影响是首要的条件。腹针疗法治疗时强调取穴准确，针刺深浅合理，操作严格是取得临床疗效的基本保证。同时证实了腹部经络系统有序分布的客观性和与全身经络分布的相关性。为揭示经络的特性和科学地对经络系统的功能进行开发具有一定的意义。使腹针疗法成为能够满足时代需要的无痛、安全、高效、快捷的，具有广泛适应症的治疗慢性病、疑难病的新方法。 2、腹针常用穴位及取穴方法 穴位是针灸治疗的施治部位，每个穴位都是在体表的标准定位点，穴位的穴性是根据不同的穴位在临床上的不同功能确定的，每一个穴位都具有一定的相对特异性。任何穴位都是已知的定位点，而决不是任意点，这是腹针疗法对穴位的认识和基本的理念。因此，准确的定位取穴和对每个腹部穴位的穴性进行了解是学习腹针的基础。腹部穴位有“差之毫厘，缪之千里”的特点，必须严格执行腹针的定位标准和操作规范。 fast boat. Scope of activities in the joy Temple works, Miao and Hui 1.腹部穴位的取穴方法 1.1腹部分寸的标定:比例寸取穴法 (1) 上腹部分寸的标定:中庭穴至神阙穴确定为8寸 (2) 下腹部分寸的标定:神阙穴至曲骨穴确定为5寸 (3) 侧腹部分寸的标定:从神阙、经天枢穴至侧腹部确定为6寸 1.2腹部分寸的测量:水平线法 (1)上腹部中庭穴至神阙穴确定为8寸是指病人平卧时，中庭至神阙穴两个穴位点之间的水平线上的直线距离为8寸。 (2)下腹部神阙穴至曲骨穴确定为5寸是指病人平卧时，神阙穴至曲骨穴两个穴位点之间的水平线上的直线距离为5寸。 (3)侧腹部从神阙、通过天枢穴至侧腹部确定为6寸是指病人平卧时，侧腹部的止点至神阙穴两个穴位点之间的水平线上的直线距离为6寸。 水平线、比例寸的取穴方法是腹针排除人体因为胖瘦形成的个体差异而采取的取穴方法。 1.3任脉的定位 任脉位于腹白线的下边，是否能够准确地对任脉的位置进行判断是影响正确取穴的主要因素。分辨任脉的定位有二种方法。 fast boat.
