酒店钟点工协议

酒店钟点工协议 Parttime协议 甲方: 乙方:南通捷力项目投资管理咨询有限公司 根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和现行劳动法律、法规及有关政策规定，同意确立双方的劳动关系，愿意执行双方的劳动权利和义务，愿意执行双方平等自愿、协商一致，签定本劳动合同，共同遵守执行。 第一条 合同期限 (1)聘用日期自 年 月 日至 年 月 日止 (2)合同期满，若要续签，须经甲乙双方协商同意才能办理续签合同手续。 第二条 工作岗位 甲方聘请乙方当任传菜生服务员一职，乙方在工作中要按照工种(岗位)规定的工作要求按质按量完成工作任务。 第三条 劳动报酬 1.乙方应该按照甲方规章制度要求所有外借人员【早班9:00---9:30 晚班17:00-17:30】到酒店签到，早班上班时间是9:30—13:30 费用 元 晚班上班时间是17:30—21:30 费用 元 正常情况下甲方提供车接送，或者乙方来回打的甲方报销。 2结算方式和时间:以现金或者转账形式结算，工资每周结算 次，每个月 号(结算 的工资)和 号(结算 号的工资)结算工mass line of the party construction of education system, improve scientific and systematization and standardization level of the party building.
