小学一年级学生行为习惯的培养 小学一年级学生行为习惯的培养 ——一二五团中学小学部 一年级班主任:王凤 所谓习惯,是由于长时间的经验或重复在后天养成的一种比较固定的、不易改变的行为倾向。它也是一种与需要相联系的稳定的行为方式。良好行为习惯的养成是形成学生健全人格的基础,是学生成人、成才的前提。只有在良好的行为习惯的保证下,学生才能学会认知、学会合作、学会做一个合格的小学生,最终成为一个全面发展的人。而一年级是学生良好行为习惯养成的关键期,教师只要抓住契机,施展教育教学的魅力,就一定会促使学生良好行为习惯的养成。我在养成教育方面做了以下尝试,取得了较好的效果。 一、言传身教,树立榜样 对于学生而言,教师是具体的道德概念的化身,教师的一言一行,不管有无进行教育的自觉性,都会成为学生仿效的。教师要身体力行,要求学生做到的,教师首先要自己做得到。上课起立时,教师标准的站姿,就是无声的命令;下课后,教师俯身捡纸,就是最好的榜样。对学生好的行为,一个赞许的眼神,一句热情洋溢的话语,一个亲昵的动作,一个微笑,都能对学生起到激励的作用。 (一)、语言引导 孩子是一张白纸,他们天真无邪,不管做什么都以长者马首是瞻。特别是一年级的学生,他们对教师的崇拜几近神圣和完美。他们对教师特有的期待和依赖,往往是他们在观察教师时会产生一种“放大效应”和“模仿效应”。我们要学生行为,使学生养成良好的行为their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand. Serious research about social support the development of cultural undertakings in the country and the XX policy, especially the policy of industrial development, financial investment policy, financial policy and tax policy, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development. 习惯,就要充分注意这种“放大”和“模仿”效应。在与学生、家长、他人的交往中,教师要特别重视语言的内在和外显的教育、引导作用。要求教师无论在什么场合下都要使用文明用语,都要注意语言的感染力、亲和力,成为学生效仿的榜样,如:教师在使用谢谢、对不起、没关系等文明用语时,要发之于内心,出之于真诚,避免流于形式或应付。在日常生活工作中,教师注意了语言的引导作用,学生会在自觉与不自觉中受到影响,模仿教师的语气、表情与人交往,他们会在潜移默化中养成良好的文明用语习惯。 (二)行为示范 很多时候,教师就像是一面镜子,是学生对照自己行为的参照,而小学生与班主任朝夕相处,镜子效应就更容易形成。因此老师举手投足间都孕育着教育。当地面有纸时,我总是赶紧捡起,教室桌凳歪斜时,我总是整理齐,讲桌不整洁时,我总是清理干净„„这一切,学生会看在眼里,记在心上,慢慢地学生都会照着我的样子去做。教室的卫生工具摆放不整齐时,总有学生去摆放好,教室地面有纸,学生会马上捡起,而且他们还学会开窗、开门时轻轻的。知道了怎样做才是不打扰别人 。 我在做这些事时,是发自内心,不是做给学生看,因为只有从最细微、最切近的事入手,才能用行为指导学生,才能对学生良好习惯形成感染力和示范性,学生不仅在一时一事上养成好习惯,不少学生还能举一反三,各方面做的都很好。 二、发现学生的“闪光点”,多加表扬鼓励 their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
