朱仙庄煤矿第六个五年普法规划 朱仙庄煤矿“六五”普法依法治理规划及实施意见 各总支(支部): 为了认真贯彻落实第六个五年普法工作任务，加强法制宣传教育工作，进一步增强广大职工的法制观念，提高矿井依法治企的能力，现根据淮北矿业有关文件的要求，结合矿井实际情况，制定《朱仙庄煤矿“六五”普法依法治理规划及实施意见》。 一、指导思想和目标原则 (一)指导思想:以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻落实科学发展观，围绕“十二五”时期淮北矿业的目标任务和矿井安全生产经营管理这个中心任务，按照全面落实依法治企基本方略和建设社会主义政治文明的新要求，深入开展法制宣传教育工作，全面提高广大职工的法制观念，推进矿井依法治企的进程，为安全生产经营工作创造良好的法制环境。 (二)总体目标:通过“六五”普法，使广大干部职工的法律意识和法制观念进一步提高，特别是有关煤炭工业的法律法规得到进一步普及，广大干部职工学法用法的自觉性不断增强，管理人员依法经营管理企业的能力不断提高，依法维护企业利益、维护职工合法权益的水平全面提升，社会主义的法制理念进一步增强。 (三)工作原则 1、坚持围绕中心，服务大局的原则。紧密围绕矿井安全生产经aspects of work and life.
