So our debaters need to listen carefully. The first part is presentation time, it’s the making a point by the first debater within 3 mins. The second part is free debating, positive and negative presentation and questioning, Every side has 10 minutes. The third part is conclusion time, it’s last summary bu last debata within 4mins.
