如何在ImageJ中设置比例尺 吴旧生(浙江大学，浙江杭州) 前面曾写过利用imageJ进行灰度和长度测量的教程，从浏览和下载的量来看，还是有较多人对此感兴趣，并有部分人来信要求提供比例尺的测量方法。测量方法如下: 1)打开ImageJ，从文件菜单中打开一要分析的照片或图片(这里假设图片内置比例尺)。不带比例尺的图片的方法要复杂一些，准备另外撰文说明。 2)利用直线工作点击比例尺的起点，拖动至比例尺的终点松开鼠标。 coefficient not greater than 1.3;
