How I Deal with Stress
With the continuous development of modern life, the competition of the entire society is becoming more and more intense, causing increasing stress to people. Therefore, it is the high time that we figured out a way to deal with stress instead of letting it become overwhelming. As for me, what I have experienced since I went to school is the peer pressure, such as study, fashion, family economic condition.
As far as I am concerned, there are several ways to cope with stress. To begin with, I release myself from stress by doing something relaxing. When I feel nervous, angry or upset, I will stop to listen to some soft music or read a novel. What’s more, I always share my concerns and worries with my parents, friends and teachers. They can not only console me but also give me different methods to solve the problems from their prospect of view. Thirdly, I often keep positive attitude and have confidence in myself so that I won’t wallow in the failure. I
As is mentioned above, I believe that the appropriate attitude is the most important factor. Of course, everyone will come up with his own way to deal with the stress that he experiences, and then lives a pleasant life.
