Yichun is also know for hot spring bath,if you want take a good relax in winter, taking a hot spring bath is the best choice. My hometown hot spring isn’t like the ordinary hot spring in others area, because the hot spring in my hometown is highly lade with selenium. The selenium can protect you from cancer, drinking or taking a bath with the hot spring water is benefit for your health. In our local farmer, they plant vegetable and fruit with the spring water that is rich in selenium, so our body can take in selenium from vegetable and fruit.
