When he came back, his bag wasn’t there. But he found a piece of paper on the ground. It said, “a great runner took away your bag, and he will not come back.’ Then, the great boxer became very sad. Passage 5 A Little Hors Crosses a River Mummy asks a little horse to carry a bag of wheat home. On the way home, the little horse meets a small river. He is very worried “What should I do?” He thinks. At this time, he meets a squirrel. “ Can I cross the river?” the little hors asks. “Oh, you can’t. The river is very deep. You will drown.” The squirrel says. The little horse is very afraid. He cries. A cow comes to the little horse. “What’s the matter with you, little hors?” the cow asks. “ I can’t cross this river. It’s very deep.” The little horse answers. “ Oh, don’t worry. This river isn’t deep at all. I am sure you can cross the river easily. Try!” the cow says. The little hors stops crying. He tries his best and crosses the river. The moral: You never know what you can do until you try.
