高中学校 合唱团组建 布 尔 津 县 高 级 中 学 布尔津县高级中学校合唱团组建方案 一、指导思想 在人类音乐发展史上，合唱以其独具魅力的艺术形式为社会所接受，是普及性最强、参与性最广的高雅艺术。他与独唱不同，他体现的是集体的审美，可以锻炼一个人的团队合作精神。同时也可展示我校的艺术风采，加强我校精神文明和校园文化建设，丰富广大学生的业余文化生活，对提高学生的综合素质和艺术修养有很大的帮助。现决定在我校组建一个40—60人的学生合唱团。 二、 组织形式及工作职责: 1、在学校的领导下开展工作; 2、艺术指导老师:负责合唱指导、创作、组织排练等工作; 3、学生宣传组:负责合唱团日常宣传工作(2-3人); 4、学生组织组:负责合唱团日常组织工作(2-3人); 5、后勤:负责合唱团日常排练场地卫生、器材及其他后勤工作。 三、 队员选拔条件: 1、 我校高一年级学生, 具有良好的团队合作精神，尊重指导教师; 2、能积极、自觉、认真、准时参加合唱团的培训、排练与演出等各项集体活动。 四、 选拔: digging; has dual functions of retaining, watertight; typically more economical construction without vibration, noise, less pollution, squeezing slightly, so construction in the downtown area even more advantages.
