浓度变化对化学反应速率的影响 课题7 浓度变化对化学反应速率的影响 (本课题可以在选修课上使用) 实验原理: 影响化学反应速率的内在因素是反应物本身的性质，而外因则相对较多，其中浓度是常见的影响因素之一。由大量的实验事实证明，在其他条件不变的情况下，增大反应物浓度，可以增大该反应的速率。本实验通过使用TI图形计算器和数据分析器以及与之配套的光强度传感器(以下简称光探头)，利用反应产生的沉淀物对光通路中光强度的影响，捕获其中的一系列变化，使不同浓度条件下的反应速率用光强度的变化反映出来，从而使整个过程数字化。 实验目的: 1、 通过实验，监测浓度变化对化学反应速率的影响情况，并探究其中的影响程度。 2、 通过实验，了解并培养多角度观察和研究事物的发散性思维能力。 实验用品: 0.1M、0.05M NaSO溶液 0.1M、0.05M HSO溶液 22324 250mL烧杯、试管、胶头滴管、手电筒 TI—83 Plus图形计算器 CBL2数据分析器 光强度传感器 实验步骤: 1、 开机，运行“ChemBio”程序。 2、 对CBL2数据分析器进行设置: ) 用连接线连接TI—83 Plus和CBL2;并将光探头的连接线插入CBL2的通道1(CH1)中; (1 (2) 在主菜单(MAIN MENU)中选择“设置探头”(SETUP PROBES) (见图1) (3) 键入1 作为探头的数目，按ENTER 键确认。 (4) 在探头选择菜单(SELECT 0.1M 4、 数据记录结束，窗口显示时间和光强度数据分别存储在L1和L2数列中，按下 ENTER 键可见记 录图象。 5、 按下STAT键，所测数据列于数组中。 6、 换用0.05M的Na2S2O3溶液和0.05M的H2SO4溶液，重复上述操作。 数据处理: 对所得的各数组数据进行线性回归: 1、 回到主菜单“MAIN MENU” 2、 选择“FIT CURVE”，按 ENTER 键确认。(见图7) 3、 在窗口中选择“LINEAR L1，L2”，然后选择“SCALE FROM 0”，可得到相应的线性回归。(见图 8) (图7) (图8) 结果分析: 1、 反应过程中记录的光强度对应时间变化的曲线在线性拟合后，得到各自的变化斜率，其中两种溶液 都取0.1M时，斜率为-14.17，都取0.05M时的斜率为-3.14。 2、 光强度的变化或者说本实验中的光强度随反应的进行而削弱快慢的实验事实，其实反映了在该过程 进行中的沉淀量产生的快慢，由此可以较为数字化的现出反应物浓度的改变对反应速率的影响情 况。 实验说明: 1、 由于本实验是通过光探头对反应进行的监测，所以实验必须在暗盒(如图9)或暗室中进行，以免 光探头接受到环境中的其他光源而造成较大的实验误差。 (图9) 2、 由于本实验中反应现象的出现还是比较快的，所以在测定时，间隔秒数以每秒记录一次为宜。 3、 两组实验中的数据要选择明确的记录位置，最好在进行下一组实验前，先将第一组数据复制到后面 的数列中(如L5，L6)，以免导致后测数据覆盖前测数据的不利结果。 思考与拓展: 1、 在反应进行一段时间后，发现图形计算器窗口显示的光强度对应时间的变化曲线呈现回升的情况， 如何解释, 、 若要实验更为精确，对使用的光源有何更高的要求, 2 3、 能否用光探头监测NO—NO的平衡体系移动情况,试实验并测定之。 224 上海市位育高级中学 张建波 课题2 日晒除氯过程中的温度因素分析 (本课题可以在选修课上使用) 课题概述: 本课题是学生在研究日晒除氯原因的过程中产生的子课题。城市用水常用液氯消毒，水中的残留氯会对观赏鱼造成生命威胁。日晒除氯是城市养鱼的常用方法，那么由日晒造成水温升高而导致水中溶解氯的减少，是不是日晒除氯的主要因素呢, 本课题通过使用TI—83 Plus、CBL2数据分析器和温度传感器对日晒过程中的水温变化进行了全程监测，以期得出合理的判断。 实验目的: 1、掌握TI 图形计算器进行课题研究的方法。 2、学会通过实验对研究过程中的预测进行验证。 实验用品: 500 ml 烧杯(盛有自来水) TI —83 Plus CBL2数据分析器 温度传感器 实验步骤: 1、开机，运行“ChemBio”程序。 2、对CBL2数据分析器进行设置: (1) 用连接线连接TI—83 Plus和CBL2;并将温度探头的连接线插入CBL2的通道1(CH1)中。 (2) 在主菜单(MAIN 由于季节变化导致日晒温度的变化，可对各季节的日晒 水温进行定时监测，发现规律。 张建波 上海市位育高级中学 课题3 醋酸浓度越大,氢离子浓度越大吗, (本课题可以在选修课上使用) 一、课题起源和实验目的: 在看化学参考时，看到了一张关于醋酸溶液浓度与氢离子浓度之间关系的图像，发现它不是一条直线而是一条类似于抛物线的曲线。根据以前所学的知识，溶液浓度越大，氢离子浓度也应该越大，而在这张图上则表现为先上升后下降两个过程，存在一个最高点。我们感到非常疑惑，希望能够亲自用实验验证这张图的正确性。因为实验条件不是很苛刻，而且我们很容易确定实验，所以我们决定将这张图带到实验室以实验的方法解决我们心中的疑惑。 二、实验设计: 1(验证曲线形状: 1)取一定量的水于50ml烧杯，将洗净擦干的PH探头插入水中。得水的pH 值。 2)往烧杯中每次加入5ml醋酸，得相应浓度溶液的pH 值。将数据填入下表: 50ml水 加醋酸后(每次5ml)pH值 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 3)在步骤2中，收集多个数据直到能够绘制理想曲线。 2(测定PH最低点的浓度: 1)在实验1的数据组中找出PH最低点。向水中逐滴滴加醋酸，直至pH与第一次实验中pH最低点一 致。 2)适当加入少许水或醋酸，观察其PH值是否会更小，比较之下得到PH值最小的醋酸溶液。 3)用已知浓度的NaOH溶液滴定醋酸溶液，得到其浓度。 4)配制3)所得浓度的醋酸，测其pH，数值应与2)中数据一致。 3(绘制图像: 1)以第2步所得浓度为分割点，分别配制高浓度与低浓度的多种醋酸溶液，测定不同浓度下的PH值 并将数据输入计算机内。 2)整理数据，换算PH值为氢离子浓度并选取偏差较小的点按比例绘制成图像。 附注: 在实际操作中，我们发现PH探头不是一个符合这个实验要求的理想工具，在浓溶液中PH探头不够灵敏，几乎测不出微小变化且屏幕显示数据很不稳定，于是我们改用了电导率探头作为实验工具，因为对于醋酸溶液，氢离子浓度越大，电导率也越大，两者变化趋势一致，因此在图像Y轴中可以用电导率代替氢离子浓度出现。 三、实验器材: 烧杯、玻棒、蒸馏水、纯醋酸、NaOH、酚酞、试管、容量瓶、铁架台、滴定管、探头等。 四、实验过程: (一) 设置传感器 1(将TI-83 plus 图形计算机、CBL系统按顺序连接。 2(将电导率传感器与CBL系统通道相连;将电导率传感器的量程开关设置在此0-2000 ,s范围。 3(打开TI-83 plus 图形计算机、CBL系统，按“APP”，选择“CHEMBIO”程序，按“ENTER” (见图1)。待出现(见图2)屏幕显示时按“ENTER”。 (图1) (图2) 六、数据处理:利用四次方程拟和所绘制的图像，得到以下结果: 432图像方程式为 Y= -1.438x^+18。526x^-90.625x^+194.625x+36.321 (见图23) (见图24) (见图25) (图23) (图24) (图25) R2表示拟和图像与原始数据的吻合率。 七、实验的理论解释: 溶液分子中存在着两种作用力，一种是同分子间的氢键(包括水分子与水分子间的作用力，醋酸分子与醋酸分子间的作用力);另一种则是水分子对醋酸分子极化作用，使得羧基中的氢氧键断裂而生成水合氢离子及醋酸根。在稀溶液里，由于水占极大多数，醋酸分子所受作用力以水的极化作用为主，可电离出的氢离子较多，加入少量醋酸后，虽然影响了水的极化作用，使一部分已电离出的氢离子重新连回到醋酸根上(即电离度变小)，但由于这种影响不大且氢离子本身就不多，因此氢离子的减少不多，而新加入的醋酸又电离产生更多的氢离子，因此使得氢离子的总浓度反而上升(这里不考虑体积变化)。当溶液浓度上升到一定值(此值即氢离子浓度最大且电导率最大的浓度)后，此时水已不占决大多数，加入一定量体积的醋酸对电离作用的影响大于了新加入醋酸的电离，醋酸分子开始以相互间的氢键作为主要作用力，再加上体积变化较大，使得氢离子浓度趋于变小。 七、实验感想: 完成了这个实验，令我感受颇深的就是，作为学生，光有知识是不够的，还必须将理论付诸于实践，实践过程中会遇到许多知识以外的问题，比方说我们这次的实验，首先就必须要有足够的耐心去面对来来去去总是一样的实验操作以及计算机上几乎不懂的English，其次就是要有详细的，否则就会在实验开始时感到不知所措。但这些困难我们不仅都克服了，而且还从中受益匪浅。 附注: 一 误差分析:曲线中存在一些不够光滑的区段，且线性回归中也有一些偏差，这主要是所收集数据有所误差的关系，经过思考和回顾实验过程，认为主要存在以下几点因素: 1.测量所用的探头未洗干净，存在杂质。 2.醋酸易挥发(尤其在浓溶液中)，影响了测量结果。 3.醋酸溶于水中需要一定时间，而且还存在一定的温度变化;在搅拌过程中可能会导致局部浓度 偏大或偏小，使测量结果有一定偏差。 4.计算机内部所设置的值不是连续的，而是有一定的跳跃性，实际值往往以计算机内与之最近的 近似值而加以收集，有一定大小变化。 二 对于不同分子的结构差异的想法 在稀溶液中，水分子充斥在醋酸分子周围，所有临近的水分子中的氧，因为电负性大，都会对包围在中间的醋酸分子中的羧基氢产生力的作用，但由于醋酸分子中甲基的体积比较大，使得两边的作用力因为距离的差异而相差悬殊，于是羧基氢受力不平衡而易于电离，也易产生氢离子。在浓溶液中，是水分子被醋酸分子所包围，水分子中的氧也对四周的羧基氢产生力的作用，但由于氢离子的体积相对氧原子来说很小，作用力受距离的影响小，合力相对氧原子来说几乎为零，因此电离作用小,不易产生氢离子。 上海市七宝中学 施力争 课题4 研究醋酸溶液PH值与其浓度的关系 (本课题可以在选修课上使用) 引子: 以前去美国学校参观的感受告诉我，他们的学生普遍都有很强的动手能力，着实令我们自愧不如，而TI-83在收集处理实验数据以及迅速对实验结果进行分析的强大功能至今让我印象颇深。 令人欣喜的是，目前国内TI-83的教学功能正被逐步得到重视，而各类学校中TI-83的普及率也正逐渐提高。在学校里我经常可以看到许多同学围绕TI-83计算器进行研究和讨论。作为研究问题的一个方式，我利用TI-83研究了一下醋酸溶液PH值与其浓度的关系，整理成文，希望能同大家一起来探讨一下，以求共同进步。 这个课题是这样缘起的，我在书上发现醋酸溶液的PH值随着溶液浓度的增大，它的PH值呈现先增后减的趋势，翻阅资料了解个中道理，我对这个现象很感兴趣，也由于书上并没有确切详细的数据，询问老师，老师认为醋酸溶液的PH值应在1mol/L附近，我便很想亲自验证一下。于是就和同学一起开始研究这个课题。 以往研究这个课题可以用的方法是利用PH计探测不同浓度的醋酸溶液的PH值，绘制曲线得到它们的关系。然而一些PH探头虽然精度很高，却都有一个缺点，就是随着溶液浓度的增高，它的精度会随之下降，当然也就无法达到这个实验的要求。因而过去醋酸许多高浓度的PH数值都只能依靠理论计算得出。就目前大部分学校的实验设备来讲，很难依靠仅有的设备来完成这个实验的内容。而相对的，TI计算器却能弥补这个不足。TI-83计算器配有许多探头，其中的PH探头由于上述原因也是无法应用于本实验。但是其中还有一种电导率探头，用来测溶液电导率的变化。 +-由于 Hac= H+Ac 就醋酸溶液而言，每电离一个氢离子，也就相应增加醋酸根离子的浓度，于是也就增加了溶液总离子的数目，改变了电导率的数值，所以电导率与溶液离子的总浓度有关，也就是说它与PH值之间存在某种关系。又由于电导率探头的精度随着溶液浓度的变化影响不大，因此我们改用电导率探头对溶液进行研究。 实验目的: 1(得到醋酸溶液电导率与其溶液浓度的关系曲线。 2(寻找醋酸溶液PH值的最大点出现在哪个浓度。 实验器材: 100ml烧杯若干个，100ml容量瓶若干个，玻璃棒，胶头滴管，带刻度50ml移液管或50ml酸式滴定管，50ml酸式滴定管，50ml碱式滴定管，200ml锥形瓶，铁架台及蝴蝶夹，TI-83计算器及其附带电导率探头及CBL。 实验试剂: 已知浓度的浓醋酸，已知浓度的NaOH溶液，酚酞试剂，蒸馏水。 实验过程: 设置TI计算器 一、 将CBL与TI用导线连接好，将探头与CBL连接好。 二、 打开TI-83计算器，按APPS键，(见图1)，选择程序“ChemBio ”，按 回车，出现提示框(见 图2)，继续回车，进入“ MAIN MENU”，(图3)选择“SET UP PROBES”，出现“ENTER NUMBER OF PROBES:”(图4)，输入与CBL相连的探头数，即输入“,”，回车，出现一个菜单(图5)，选 择“CONDUCTIVITY”出现如图6所示屏幕，继续按回车，出现如图7所示屏幕，这时输入连接 通道的序号“,”，按回车，屏幕显示如图8其中第一个则是沿用存用的数据及标准，第二个表 示重新开始做，第三个回到主菜单。选择1，出现如图9，选择3，屏幕回到主画面。选择2， COLLECT DATA(图10)，跳出DATA COLLECTION，选择3， TRIGGER/PROMPT，(图11)出现提示 (图12)，等待30秒后，按ENTER。现在我们可以开始收集数据了。 (图1) (图2) (图3) (图4) (图5) (图6) (图7) (图8) (图9) (图10) (图11) (图12) 三、 往烧杯中加一定量的溶液，将探头浸没于溶液中，等待CBL上的数据稳定下来，按下CBL上的 TRIGGER键，出现如图13，输入溶液的浓度或采集序号，接着屏幕出现如图14的模样。选择1， 改变溶液浓度，然后继续像刚才那样收集数据。收集完毕，选择图14中的2，STOP。 (图13) (图14) 2(定性实验 现在我们往蒸馏水中分批少量的加浓醋酸，并测其电导率数值，发现电导率数值发生改变，并成上升趋势，继续滴加，直到发现当超过某个电导率数值时，溶液的电导率数值开始下降，(见图15)，记录此数值。 (图15) 滴定它的浓度 重新做一次，(注意电导率探头一定要洗净，以后每测定好一组数据，探头必须洗净放好，下不复述)发现当电导率再次达到此数值时，停止滴加。取50ml此溶液，用标准NaOH溶液进行滴定，得到此溶液的摩尔浓度，我得到的数据是3mol/L。而之前老师告诉我的浓度是1mol/L～我决定用定量的方法重新来验证我的实验结果。 验证 我们配制了不同浓度的醋酸溶液，其浓度分别是0.01mol/L、0.05mol/L、0.1mol/L、0.5mol/L、1mol/L、1.5mol/L、2mol/L、2.5mol/L、3mol/L、3.5mol/L、4mol/L、4.5mol/L、5mol/L。 按照刚才的步骤，对这些溶液进行测定，得到一组数据。 下面是利用TI-83得到的数据，其中L1是醋酸的浓度，L2是对应的电导率。(见图16) (见图17) (图16) (图17) 然后TI-83对数据进行自动绘图，得其变化曲线，其中横轴(X)是浓度，纵轴是电导率。可按“TRACE”及左右光标进行跟踪。我们发现其最大值点出现在3mol/L 附近，也就是说，在3mol/L的时候，溶液的电阻最小，导电能力最强，溶液中的离子数目最多，氢离子的浓度最大，PH值最小。 从理论上解释这张图，因为在浓度很稀的时候，电导率随浓度的变化而变化，近似一条直线(见图18中在0到0.1 之间的点几乎全部靠在Y轴上)，而随着浓度的增加，离子间的碰撞几率大大增加，因而在电离的同时，离子也在重新合成分子，于是曲线发生了弯曲，当到达最高点的时候，就是刚刚达到电离平衡的时候。可是为什么接下来曲线会下降呢,这是由于醋酸分子的电离，是由于水离子的水合作用，因此当溶剂越来越少时，它的电离的能力必然下降，因此电阻变大，电导率变小。当接近与纯醋酸的时候，就几乎无法电离了。 (图18) 当然醋酸PH的最大值点也许不是恰好在3mol/L,也许在2.8, 2.9或者3.1,3.2处取得。但是对于醋酸这种一元弱酸，在浓度较高时浓度相差零点几对它的PH值的影响已不是很大了。因此可以确定它的PH值的最值就是在3mol/L附近。 实验体会: 其实做实验是一件很辛苦的事，没有对实验结果的执著精神，没有对成功的强烈渴望，我相信我可能根本无法写出这篇文章。想想在实验室站上一天，鼻子里老是充肆着醋酸呛人的味道，还要忍受长时间的枯燥和乏味，更要怀着成功的信心面对一次又一次的失败，个中的酸甜苦辣，真的只有亲身经历了才知道。然而当看到自己出人意料的结果，成为了驳斥老师观点的重要的证据，并最终得到老师认可，我真切地感受到了成功的喜悦，更为高兴的是，以前对美国学校同学的羡慕现在已经变成了对自己能力的肯定与自豪，特别是想到现在我们中国学生也可以通过TI计算器来研究并解决问题，更值得我欣慰，也值得大家欣慰。 另外值得一提的是，TI-83可以与计算机相连接，从而它可以与电脑进行信息传输，更可以从网络中下载先进的程序以供方便研究。 在这个课题中，老师悉心的指导与淳淳的鼓励一直是我能够前进的重要因素与动力。我为我们能有如此好的老师而感到幸福，这是我们学生拥有的一笔珍贵的财富，我十分的感谢他们。 我一直在想，我们的教育是不是与一些发达国家相差了许多，他们的学生从小就接受能力的培养，他们重视的是如何用身边的条件来达到解决问题的目的，而我们却并不是这样。我们的学校还有围墙，而他们的学校已溶入了社会中。我们的学校只有实验室而他们的学校不仅有实验室而且还有广泛的社会基础。我们的学校大概只关心分数，而他们的老师还要看你会不会不小心打碎试管„„。
