摘要
液压压力机是一种利用液体静压力来加工金属、塑料、橡胶、木材、粉末等制品的机械。它常用于压制工艺和压制成形工艺,如:锻压、冲压、冷挤、校直、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉深、粉末冶金、压装等等。
液压压力机由主机及控制机构两大部分组成。主机部分包括液压缸、横梁、立柱及充液装置等。本文主要设计四柱式液压机的控制机构。控制机构由油箱、高压泵、控制系统、电动机、压力阀、方向阀等组成。液压机采用PLC控制系统,通过泵和油缸及各种液压阀实现能量的转换,调节和输送,完成各种工艺动作的循环。
在本设计中,设计了液压缸的尺寸,拟订了液压原理图。按压力和流量的大小选择了液压泵,电动机,控制阀,过滤器等液压元件和辅助元件。

Abstract

pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and so on. It is used in pressing process and press forming process, such as forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet metal deep drawing, powder metallurgy, pressure equipment and so on.
The hydraulic press is composed of two main parts: the main machine and the control mechanism. The main parts of the machine include hydraulic cylinder, beam, column and filling device. This paper mainly control mechanism design of four column hydraulic machine. The control mechanism is composed of an oil tank, a high pressure pump, a control system, a motor, a pressure valve, a direction valve, etc..Hydraulic machine using PLC control system, through the pump and the oil cylinder and a variety of hydraulic valves to achieve energy conversion, regulation and delivery, to complete the cycle of various processes.
In this design, the size of the hydraulic cylinder is designed, and the hydraulic principle diagram is drawn up. Hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, filters, and other hydraulic components and auxiliary components are selected according to the size of pressure and flow.
