鹤壁市建设局(鹤壁) 鹤壁市建设局 关于我市近期城乡一体化村镇规划建设 工作意见 为深入贯彻省建设工作会议精神～进一步加快我市城乡一体化的工作步伐～根据中共鹤壁市委、鹤壁市人民政府《关于近期推进城乡一体化工作的意见》文件精神～我局及时组织有关人员对我市的重点镇和重点村城乡一体化村镇建设工作进行了摸底调查～这次共设调查城乡一体化5个重点镇、10个重点村～根据调查结果进行了研究～现结合5个重点镇、10个重点村的规划建设情况～提出如下工作意见: 一、基本情况 ,一,五个重点镇规划编制及建设情况 1、庞村,金山办事处,: 庞村编制了庞村镇总体规划～高尚住宅区修建性详细规划～高尚住宅区控制性详细规划。下一步准备编制刘庄、扈堂、杨小屯村建设规划。正在谋划三个产业区:食品加工园区、汽车配件园区、机械加工园区。建设工作取得了好成绩。淇滨区被省建设厅命名为全省城乡一体化规划建设试点。淇滨区庞村镇建设工作分三步走～实施三步建设策略:近期发展为省级重点镇～中期发展为鹤壁市新城区一部分～远期发展为全市中心区和建设高潮区。二是布局大。整体空间布局呈“一心、两带、二轴、六区”形态～“一心”既规划建设新城市中心区,“两带”即塑造南部淇河旅游观光带和东部生态防护带,“二轴”既以庞村大道、渤海路等主干道为主轴线,“六区”既教育园区、新城中心区、历史文化保and performance test copies of the record.
