美丽心灵英语论文 The movie 《a beautiful mind》is about love and beautiful personality。It says the experience of legendary professor of Princeton university。When he was young，he struggled to make a worthwhile contribution to the world of mathematics。And he did make a revolutionary breakthrough that will eventually take him to the Nobel Prize。After grauduating，he turns to teaching and becomes romantically involved with his beautifu student Alicia。Meanwhile the government asks his help with breaking Soviet codes，which gets him involved in a terrifying conspiracy plot。He becomes more and more paranoid until his clever wife finds that his world is just what he govern fiction。It is only with Alicia„s help that he would be able to recover his mental strength and regain his status as the great mathematician we know as today。 This is the first time I have ever seen a movie which is concerned with human?s psychology。Through the movie,we can know the great man John Nash more clearly.At the beginning of the film,Nash start to show his intelligence through the reflection of light on the glass and later he immediately makes a conclusion that the student?s tie is malformed from mathematically speaking.He is firmly convinced that math says everything of our everyday life. Whther the dove?s activity cycle or the football game,he can use mathematical calculations to explain them。Besides，his famous game theory which takes him to the Nobel prize in Economics comes from observations of activities between young men and women in the bar.His world is full of logic，logos and mathematics。They are what he actively and continually pursue。 However，in contrast with his excellent thinking，his emotional world is worse。In the real life，he is solitary and dosen?t like to talk with others。His life is really different from other students„ 。He never go to class so that he could make full use of his time to do what he wants to do.No one understand his behavior except his roommate Charles。Maybe we can describe he as a high IQ but low EQ man now。 Unfortunately，the great man begins to suffer from fantacy.Nash?s fantasy is supposed to reflect his expectation in his subconscious mind。The first fantasy people， his roommate Charles，is a really different man。He life is full of drink and dissipation。 But Charles continues to encourage Nash when he is really upset。And when Nash becomes successful he is also on the top of the world。Nash really expects to have a real friend who can understand him and listen attentively to him。According to this，Charles emerges from his head and turns into a fantasy finally。 Every one pursues his success besides Nash，and this results in his second fantasy people Parcher。When Parcher first emerges，Nash is successful to break the code in the Pentagon。However，as a man who can not accept failure，he wants more and more success to satisfy himself。The task that Parcher gives to Nash is linked with 15 thousand lives and his nation„s security，so he think himself as a hero by joining the work。It is the reflection of his inner desires。 The lovely little girl Maxiu emerges after he is acquainted with his beautiful student Alicia。We can go back to the beginning of the movie。When Nash is rude to a lady he is slapped by her，which can show his lack of experience of communicating with women。 Afterwards，he falls in love with Alicia，and he starts to fantasy Maxiu。 From three fantasy characters we can conclude what Nash really except to.They are his dreams he may never achieve。It has taken him through the delusional，the pain。 However，with his beautiful wife„s unremitting efforts，Nash miraculously recover from the schizophrenia finally。His wife does have a beautiful mind。In the movie，Alicia takes Nash?s hand to attach her face and her heart。She trust Nash?s truly love to her and she prays her husband will recover one day due to their powerful love。She helps Nash fight with fantasy with suggestion that he„d better work back to school which can help him contact with reality。And Nash start to face his fantacy and choose to ignore those people in the thinking。Even though his fantacy people are still around，his own power has contributed to controlling his fantacy。At the end of the movie，Nash said，“I have made the most important discovery of my career, the most important discovery of my life: It is only in the mysterious equations of love that any logic or reasons can be found”。Alicia is all reasons to Nash。It is the movie?s most moving part I think。 It is the miracal that no science theory or medically theory can explain。It is love„s power。Nash becomes brave to face his fantacy because of Alicia?s supports like the fire of lives which make him keep going。From the main character Nash，we can learn that thinking is not enough for us and we also need beautiful emotion。As the tittle， a beautiful mind can never lack these two factors。
