Culture medium was studied by single factor experiment respectively growth nitrogen source type, dosage of nitrogen source on the influence of the cellulose enzyme activity, through the medium of the different combination of organic nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source to produce cellulose enzyme activity influence, finally through the orthogonal experiment of three different nitrogen source combination of nitrogen source in the culture medium formula has been optimized, in order to determine the optimum nitrogen source. Experiments showed that the optimal nitrogen source in the culture medium formula combination are: ammonium sulfate is 1.2%, bean cake powder is 0.4%, peptone 0.4%. Using the medium combination of the optimal nitrogen source in solid state fermentation culture green trichoderma viride produces cellulose enzyme activity reached 448.558 U/g. With the green trichoderma viride producing cellulose, the project selectes optimized nitrogen source of culture medium to enhance the vitality of cellulase production. Growth nitrogen source type and dosage of nitrogen source in culture medium is studied by experiment of single factor the influence of the cellulose enzyme activity,then the different combination of organic nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source of the culture medium is studied the influence of the cellulose enzyme activity which is produced by the green trichoderma viride. Finally,the optimized combination of organic nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source to produce the higher cellulose enzyme activity has been selected. Experiments showed that the optimal nitrogen source in the culture medium formula combination are: ammonium sulfate is 1.2%, bean cake powder is 0.4%, peptone 0.4%.
