b、基础标高的允许偏差为,10mm; c、基础表面径向平整度，用2m长尺检查，间隙应小于或等于10mm，基 础表面凹凸度，从中心向周边拉线测量，应小于或等于10mm。 d、基础表面沿槽壁圆周方向的平整度，每10m长度内任意两点的高度差应 3 小于或等于10mm，整个圆周上任意两点的高度差应小于或等于20mm。 e、基础表面应符合规定。 4.施工方法 4.1分解槽的制作安装 施工时分解槽制作安装总的施工顺序为三台同时安装,为了提高施工进度，从基础+1.0米开始施工。 4.1.1施工方法 4.1.1.1由于分解槽直径大φ14000、槽体最高H=34.5m、重量最大G=318.611t，给槽体吊装带来很大的难度，槽体施工过程中极易变形。为了提高工作效率及经济性，加快施工进度,采用倒装法,利用液压提升装置进行吊装。该液压提升装置由以下三部分组成: 一、 BY160 型液压提升机—由SQD—160—100s.f松卡式千斤顶、提升架和提升杆(Ф32圆钢 材质45#)组成; 二、 液压控制系统—由液压控制柜(泵站)、高压胶管总成和液压系统配件组成; 三、 胀圈或必要的配件—胀圈、传力板、手压千斤顶等。 使用时将适当数量的液压提升机均布于储罐内壁圆周处，用高压油管将液压控制柜与各提升机油缸相连组成液压回路;操作液压控制柜的按钮开关即可集中控制提升机的提升动作。其工作原理为:通过提升器(千斤顶)的往复运动，利用两个具有单向卡紧性能的卡紧装置的交替工作，带动提升杆、活动托架、插板上升;由插板与临时固定在罐壁上的涨圈连接，带动罐体上升，实现步进式液压提升。 4.1.1.2槽体安装前，对于槽基础较高的情况,在槽体的基础外沿搭设圆形 4 的临时平台在平台外周设置围栏，以便站人、确保安全同时组对筒体焊接用。根据图纸把底板安装好在基础上。把液压提升装置(成套设备)的液压站设置在罐体内，把液压提升机(即松卡式千斤顶、提升架、提升杆等)均布于储罐内壁圆周处，根据吊装重量的逐渐增加只需增加液压提升机数量即可，用高压胶管把液压控制柜与液压提升机连接好。考虑到人员方便进出槽罐且通风性好，用H型钢HN400 L=1000/根，共20根作为支座，均布且水平与底板点焊接好置于储罐底板圆周上，把每层组对好的筒体提升起来落在支座上即可进行焊接。 4.1.1.3安装时，先制作好H型钢及槽盖，与罐体的上层壁板焊接好，先提升罐顶及罐体的上层壁板，然后逐层组焊罐体的壁板。采用自锁式液压千斤顶和提升架、提升杆组成的液压提升机，当液压千斤顶进油时，通过其上卡头卡紧并举起提升杆和胀圈，从而带动罐体(包括罐顶)向上提升;当千斤顶回油时，其上卡头随活塞杆回程，此时其下卡头自动卡紧提升杆不会下滑，千斤顶如此反复运动使提升杆带着罐体不断上升，直到预定的高度(空出下一层板高度)。当下一层壁板对接组焊后，打开液压千斤顶的上、下松卡装置，松开上下卡头将提升杆以及胀圈下降到下一层壁板下部胀紧、焊好传力筋板，再进行提升。如此反复，使已组焊好的罐体上升，直到最后一层壁板组焊完成，从而将整个储罐安装完毕。 4.1.1.4液压千斤顶受力验算 倒装过程中，槽体最大的顶升重量为273.337吨，每次提升的高度h=100。 提升荷载Q max 根据公式Q=kk(Q+q) 121 式中:Q---最大顶升重量 273.337吨 1 q---索具重量取 3.8吨 k--- 动载荷系数取1.1 1 k--- 不均衡系数取1.1 2 5 则Q= kk(Q+q)=1.1×1.1(273.337+3.8)=277.137吨 max121 因此可采用22台16吨液压千斤顶，每个液压千斤顶承受的最大压力N=Q/22=12.6吨,16吨，故选22台16吨液压千斤顶满足吊装要求。maxmax 22台电动液压千斤顶在槽底均匀分布。 4.1.1.5顶升托架的设置 ##提升架主要由1上顶板300×300×20 1块、2槽钢,5# L=320 4根、###3钢板328×486×20、4槽钢,8# L=328 1根及L=443 2根、5槽钢,14b #L=4500 4根及钢板140×3500×8 4块、6提升杆圆钢φ32 L=5000 1根、##7槽钢,8# L=240 1根及L=400 2根、8角钢?40×4 L=240 5根及L=400 #2根、9滑动托架(由圆螺母，导向轮，轴座，销轴，托架上盖板，限位轴，支撑板，托架下底板，主支撑板等加工件组成，84.64?/个)。由于每台分解槽采用22台电动液压千斤顶进行吊装，则每台需制作22套提升架，三台同时吊装时共制作66套提升架，每套提升架重量为789.89?，66套总重量为52132.74?。 4.1.1.6采用液压提升设备及工艺来吊装分解槽具有以下特点: a(松卡式分离式提升器(即千斤顶)采用分离式结构及球面(或凸台)卡块技术，液压提升器的提升性能有突破性提高，可确保施工时安全可靠。 b(由于采用液压控制，提升机具有微降功能，可手动或机动,可准确地控制提升高度，调整焊缝间隙，能够提高焊接质量和焊接速度，节省焊接材料。 c. 液压提升平稳、安全、可靠。由于采用液压统一控制，方便集中控制,操作简便,并且可以进行单个或局部(几个)的调整，因而整个提升过程比较平稳。松卡式千斤顶自身的结构特点，决定了其自锁性良好，不会因停电而造成罐体或重物下滑或下坠，液压提升过程安全可靠。 d(提升机的导向机构采用导轨式，具有良好的导向性能。导轨滑块采用特殊耐磨材料，摩擦系数小，不须用润滑油，无污染。 6 e(提升机采用步进式提升方法。设备的体积小、重量轻，便于运输，而且成本低,可节省劳动力、经济效益显著,。 采用这液压提升成套设备的倒装工艺与原有的倒装法相比，成本低、效益高、安全可靠，更易保证施工质量。其液压提升装置构思新颖、设计合理，与目前较先进的机械式顶升机相比，节电68,、减轻自重80,、效率提高80,、制造成本降低51,、提升速度提高2,。 4.2.槽体施工方案 按JB/T4735-1997《钢制焊接常压容器》进行制造，槽体对接焊缝接头应进行局部超声波检测，检测长度不得少于各条焊缝长度的20%，且应优先选择T形接头部位，其合格标准按JB4730-94规定?级，焊接接头尺寸除图中注明处，手工焊接按GB985-88，自动焊按GB986-88规定制造，焊脚高度取相邻两焊接件中较薄者之厚度且全部为连续焊缝。 4.2.1底板制作 分解槽底板由加强板、边缘板和中幅板组对,板之间连接焊缝全部为对接焊缝。 4.2.1.1底板排版 底板制作前应根据图纸及材料情况首先绘制底板排版及焊接顺序图，如图4所示。在排版时，为补偿焊接后焊缝的收缩变形，在排版时预先留出收缩余量，底板的排版直径比设计直径放大1.5-2‰。并将焊缝以轴心对称安排，同时相邻的焊缝间距尽量大一些，底板上任意两个相邻焊接接头之间的距离以及边缘板对接接头距底圈圆筒纵缝的距离，均不小于200mm。 4.2.1.2底板下料 底板下料采用半自动火焰切割，下料前将钢材切割区域表面的铁锈、污物等清理干净。下料时要确保切割边的直线度。弓形边缘板尺寸偏差应符合下表要求: 7 图 形 测量部位 对接允许偏差 宽度AC、BD、EF ?2mm 长度AB、CD ?2mm 对角线之差 AD-BC ?3mm 下料后板料经过清渣校平，用半自动切割机加工出焊接坡口，钢板边缘加工面应平滑，无溶渣和氧化皮，且不得有毛刺、分层、裂纹和夹渣等缺陷。焊缝接头型式和尺寸的选用应符合图纸规定和《手工电弧焊接接头的基本型式和尺寸》(GB985-80)及《埋弧自动焊焊接接头的基本型式和尺寸》(GB986-86)中的规定。 4.2.1.3底板拼接和加工 底板按图纸尺寸要求进行拼接，拼接的焊缝采用单面对接焊缝，即先在基础上划线,然后安装扁钢,再安装底板。边缘板及中幅板局部凹凸度用1m长直尺检查，其间隙不应大于6mm。 底板铺设前按设计规定将底面(靠基础面)涂刷上防腐涂料，离焊缝两侧50 mm范围内不涂刷。 4.2.1.4底板焊接 底板的焊接参数和顺序按焊接作业指导书要求进行。焊接前应特别注意焊口的清洁与干燥，在钢板的对接或搭接处不许夹有泥沙、油污及钢锈等杂质。 所有底板中幅板的短对接焊缝均在制作时完成。 边缘板焊接时由多名焊工均匀分布，进行隔缝跳焊焊接，焊接完一遍底后，在与槽壁连接处焊满面100mm长焊缝，并磨平表面。在焊接边缘板对接焊焊缝时应预先将边缘板与焊接变形相反方向进行人为反变形。 底板的中幅板焊接时采用CO气体保护焊对长焊缝进行打底焊。 2 中幅板与边缘板的焊缝待底板边缘板与筒体的角焊缝焊接完毕后再进 8 行焊接，以使边缘板在与筒体的角焊缝焊接时能自由收缩，减少底板焊后变形。将已焊好纵缝的底圈筒体与边缘板组对，并采取焊接反变形措施。采用CO气体保护由4名焊工对称均布沿同一方向分段退焊。先焊内侧角焊2 缝，后焊外侧角焊缝(注意留检修门位置不焊)。焊完底层后先焊边缘板的对接焊缝，再填充焊边缘板与筒体的角焊缝。然后采用CO2气体保护焊，由4名焊工对称分布沿同一方向分段退焊焊接中幅板与边缘板的对接焊缝，留下两块三角板暂不焊接。 所有焊缝均应进行外观检查，并应符合下列规定: a(焊缝表面必须清渣; b(焊缝表面及热影响区不得有裂纹; c(焊缝表面不得有气孔、夹渣等缺陷; d(焊缝咬肉深度?0.5mm，其连续长度?100mm。每条焊缝咬边总长度(焊缝两侧之和)不得超过该焊缝长度10%。 e、底板焊接后局部凹凸变形应不大于长度的2% 4.2.2筒节预制 4.2. 2.1下料 筒节下料前应根据图纸和钢板的来料情况绘出排版图，根据排版图来放样划线。钢板用半自动切割机下料，下料前将钢材切割区域表面的铁锈，污物等清理干净。其尺寸允许偏差应符合下表要求: 图 形 测量部位 对接允许偏差 宽度(AC、EF、BD) ?1.5 长度(AB、CD) ?2 对角线差(AD-BC) ?3 直(AC、BD) ?1 线(AB、CD) ?2 度 9 中 心用红三角或黄三角标示组装横向中心线及永久冲孔 线 下料后板料经过清渣校平，用半自动切割机加工出焊接坡口，钢板边缘加工面应平滑，无溶渣和氧化皮，且不得有毛刺、分层、裂纹和夹渣等缺陷。焊缝接头型式和尺寸的选用应符合图纸和《手工电弧焊接接头的基本型式和尺寸》(GB985-80)的要求。 4.2.2.2卷弧 筒壁板在三辊卷板机上卷压成所需弧度的圆弧板。在平台上立置弧板，用弧长为2m的圆弧样板检查弧度，间隙不大于4mm，在壁板宽度方向上，用1m长的直尺检查，间隙不得大于1mm。 成形后的圆弧板必须放置在专用的弧形支架上，以防止圆弧板在堆放或运输中产生变形，影响圆弧质量。组装前应按预制质量标准进行复验，必要时应重新找圆，但应防止在圆弧板上产生锤痕。 由于制作现场材料较多，卷制成型的弧板需运往外面堆放，待进入安装时再运往现场用塔吊和汽车吊吊上基础组对。 4.2.2.3筒节组装 各层筒节组装时均在筒体底板上的支座进行组对，组装时在支座水平面上划出中心线，并在内圆周上作12等份，用胎具定位，定位高度约150mm。然后按弧板编号分片吊至规定位置，紧靠定位胎具就位并用楔铁楔紧。弧板吊运必须有专门的吊具，防止弧板在吊运过程中变形，影响筒节的质量。示意图如下: 槽壁板 调节壁板平面度和高差 定位角钢?63×6 支座H型钢HN400 L=1000 10 4.2.2.3.1底圈壁板应符合如下规定: A. 相邻两壁板上口的水平允许偏差,不应大于2mm; B. 组装焊接后,在底圈壁板1m高处,内表面任意点半径的允许偏差,不应于 ?3mm; C. 壁板组装时，内表面应齐平，纵向焊接接头错边量不应大于板厚的1/10 且不应大于3.0mm; D. 筒节在组装焊接后，在底圈壁板1m高处，内表面任意点半径的允许偏差 应符合下表要求: 储罐内直径D(m) 半径允许偏差(mm) D?12.5 ?13 12.5,D?45 ?19 4.2.2.4纵缝焊接 筒节经检查合格后即焊接纵缝,在筒节内侧每道纵缝处,预先点焊三块曲率半径与筒节相同的圆弧卡板,在卡板中间切出大于焊缝宽度的缺口作为打入楔铁和焊接运条之用。槽壁板的纵缝这对接全溶透焊缝。根据我方多年施工经验和焊接试验所有筒体板开双内单坡。罐内设备多，电缆铺设密集，我单位采取又是采取液压提升，罐内油管密集。从安全防范措施考虑，必须采取焊接顺序为先焊内侧纵缝。外侧用碳弧气刨清根后焊接，待纵缝完全冷却后去除卡板并磨平焊疤。现在采取CO气体保护焊焊接，(CO气体22保护焊具有焊接溶透性强的特点)完全能够达到全溶透焊接。焊接后，焊接接头棱角度用0.5m长的直尺检查。检查时应符合下表要求: 序号 板厚(mm) 棱角度允许值E(mm) δ10 1 ?3.0 δ12 ?3.2 2 11 ?3.4 δ143 ?3.6 δ164 ?3.8 δ185 ?4.0 δ207 ?4.2 δ228 ?4.4 δ249 ?4.6 δ2610 δ28 ?4.8 11 12 δ30 ?5.0 13 δ32 ?5.2 14 δ34 ?5.4 罐壁的局部凹凸变形应平缓,不得有突然起伏且应符合下表要求: 序号 板厚(mm) 罐壁的局部凹凸变形(mm) δ?25 1 ?13 δ,25 ?10 2 所有筒节都按以上方法组装、焊接 4.2.2.5环缝焊接 筒体板厚度δ34、δ32、δ30、δ28、δ26、δ24、δ22、δ20坡口采用双V型坡口，筒体板厚度δ18下坡口采用V型坡口上坡采用内单破。筒体板厚度δ16、δ14、δ12、δ10坡口采用内单破型式。 两个筒节间的环缝采用CO气体保护焊焊接。槽壁环焊缝的焊接，应在2 其上下两节圆筒壁板的纵缝全部焊完后进行，两相邻圆筒焊接时，纵焊缝错开距离为板长的1/3且不得小于500mm。焊接顺序先焊内侧环缝，外侧环缝用碳弧气刨清根后再焊接，由数名焊工均匀布置向同一方向退焊，槽壁 12 内侧焊缝均应过渡平滑。现在采用CO气体保护焊(CO气体保护焊具有焊22 接溶透性强的特点)新工艺，完全能够达到全溶透性焊接。焊接完成后进行检查。 槽体最下段节在底板平台上组装焊接好后，在基础上槽底板边缘板上按图划出槽壁板的安装位置的内弧线，紧靠内圆弧线内侧每隔15?点焊一段高度约150mm角钢，作为段节内圆定位。 槽壁板与底板边缘板的角焊缝焊接时，在筒体内侧应采取反变形措施。焊接时应先焊内侧角焊缝，后焊外侧角焊缝，由四名以上焊工均布，同时沿同一方向分段退焊。 4.2.2.6筒节组对的质量检查 筒节组对完毕后,各圈壁板应符合下列要求: a. 各圈壁板的铅垂允许偏差,不应大于该圈壁板高度的0.3%;
