Dear Manager, I’m writing this letter to complain about the poor service that you offered. I’m a tourism lover, and one of my friends recommended me your travel agency to me , so I traveled with you last week. But the fact is really out of my expectation. The hotel you found for me is too noisy, so I couldn’t go to sleep until 12 o’clock. And the sanitany situation is also awful.I really can’t put up with it.I didn't rest well ,so when I woke up the next morning,it was too late,and I fel tired.I didn’t enjoy my tour and I’m disappointed with it.
