In these four years, I led a very colorful and special college life. Instead of falling around like many students, I always get a strong appetite for knowledge and opportunities that can provide me fresh challenge enrich my college life and upgrade me. I have ever worked as a teacher of middle school, a member of crazy English coaches, a tutor in my town, a promotion specialist, ect. Therefore, I gained rich teaching experience and other skill from those jobs. During these four years, I change into a person who is passionate, ambitious, studious, and responsible and patient, which are all essential to be a teacher. Do you prefer to work alone or in groups? I prefer the latter. As a proverb says, “When everybody adds fuel, the flames rise high.” I truly believe that two heads are better than one. Working alone, I may completely put your wisdom and ability to use and get fulfillment of myself. But working in group means that I can learn more ideas of others; I can gain more solution to solve a problem, which can delight my brain and improve my working efficiency. Describe a situation when you had a conflict with a group member, what did you do? This question reminds me of a situation happened between my partner and me in crazy English teaching. In a week’s teaching, I thought the more we taught the students, the better. So I confronted against any amusement in it. While my assistant coach insisted in saying that amusement, activities are essential to teach. Both of us couldn’t persuade each other. So I suggested giving each other a night to think about it and calm down ourselves. In that night, I asked my teacher and upper sisters’ opinions. They gave me a lot of advice and I also introspect myself. The next day we reached agreement that we could combine both of our ideas. Finally, our excellent job in teaching proved that our choice was true. What is your greatest strength? I think my greatest strength is my striving for excellence and responsibility. Every man has his faults. But I always drive myself to be a perfectionist, and I am on my way to approach it. Whatever I do, I would ask myself:” Is it the best way to do so?” I always believe there is better method to do them. Through examination, of course, I can usually improve my primary plan to make it perfect. When it comes to my responsibility, I hold the belief that once you choose it, you must responsible for it. Whether you like it or it’s not your willing to accept it, you should bless God’s arrangement for you to experienced different life. What’s your greatest weakness? My greatest weakness is I’m not confident enough. I always get nervous on the platform or talk in public, no matter how much I have learned or how I desire to perform myself. I definitely know that’s not because I’m lack of knowledge, but I seldom seized the opportunities to practice. After I find this shortcoming, I became more and more active in class and activities. And now I change a lot. I believe my effort to improve my confidence will wore better and better.
